💪 We’re a strong team of 10 and I’m super proud of the team we have become. It has been a lot of hard work and like anything that is worth having, you have to work for it.

👊It hasn’t been an easy road. Coming from a nursing background and qualifying in 2003, I had no management or business experience, so everything we do today has been as a result of some steep learning curves and some fabulous staff who have taught me and my team along the way.

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. And this is certainly the case for me. There were certainly times where I thought this has really broken me 😭, and I’ve had some amazing colleagues, friends and business mentors over the years to help pull me back up again. I’ve grown and developed my career over those 9 years and am proud of the person I have become as a result. As much as the downsides were tough, I have no regrets and am happy that they have made me the person I am today.
