Cancellation Policy

From Wednesday 1st September 2021 we will now be taking non-refundable deposits of 50% for all booked beauty treatments and £50 deposit for all other treatments.

Our cancellation policy is here to ensure that we stay in business to support our team.

As a result we have a 48 hours cancellation policy. For all courses or treatments that have been paid in full or paid with a deposit, this treatment will act as your deposit and will be redeemed for cancellations made within 48 hours of your treatment (for treatments under 1 hour) or 7 days notice for full body treatments.

How we take deposits:

1. For treatments that require a prescription, we take non refundable deposits. £50 for anti wrinkle treatments, 50% of a Sculptra treatment and Underarm Hyperhidrosis.

2. For treatments we take a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of cancellation.

3. For consultations, a consultation fee is charge and acts as your deposit. This is refundable when cancelled with more than 48 hours notice is given.

4. A deposit is not taken when you have booked a course of treatments. Your treatment from the course acts as your deposit, and is redeemed if your cancellation notice is within 48 hours of your appointment.

Question: What happens to my deposit if I have covid symptoms?

Answer: Regardless of the reason the deposit terms and conditions apply. We advise that you follow the government guidelines to ensure that you are keeping everyone safe prior to attending the clinic.

 

Question: What happens if I forget my appointment on the day?

Answer: Regardless of the reason the terms and conditions for the deposit remain the same. If you call and we can move your to a slot later in the day we can move your appointment with your deposit. However, should there not be any space you will lose your deposit.

 

Question: I have bills to pay and really need my deposit. Can I have it back?

Answer: So long as your cancellation notice is within 48 hours notice, and your deposit hasn’t been used to purchase a prescription, you are welcome to a full refund.

 

Question: Something has come up and I don’t want to lose my deposit, can you move the appointment for me please?

Answer: Your deposit will move with your appointment so long as we have 48 hours notice. If you call on the day of your appointment and we can move your to a slot later in the day we can move your appointment with your deposit. However, should there not be any space you will lose your deposit.

 

Question: I’ve broken down and my car won’t start. Can I keep my deposit?

Answer: If we can move your to a slot later in the day we can move your appointment. However, should there not be any space you will lose your deposit.
