Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At The Sugar Box Clinic, we want to ensure every client receives the highest level of
care and that our time and resources are managed fairly. To confirm your
appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposit Details
Beauty treatments, Sculptra, and Threads: A 50% deposit is required to
secure your appointment.
Botulinum Toxin (BTX) and Dermal Fillers: A £50 deposit is required to secure
your appointment.
Consultations: The full consultation fee is required when booking.
Deposits are taken before booking your appointment into our diary and will be
deducted from the total cost of your treatment when you attend.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be
refunded or can be transferred to a future booking.
If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to
your new appointment date.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be
forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
After a consultation, if a prescription treatment is booked and prescription products
are ordered, the deposit becomes a non-refundable booking fee and cannot be
refunded under any circumstances.
