Oasis Concert Ticket Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
– The Oasis Concert Ticket Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
– By entering, participants agree to these terms and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
- Entry Process
– Participants can enter the giveaway through two channels:
- Online: Via the provided link or QR code.
- In-store: By filling out an entry form at the location.
– Required information includes – name, an email address or phone number, providing a physical address is optional.
– Each ticket purchase is counted as an entry, with no limit on the number of entries a participant can make.
– The giveaway opens immediately and closes at 11:59 PM on November 7th, 2024.
– Purchasing tickets for the concert is mandatory for raffle entry. However, participants can also make a donation (without entering the raffle) to support the Philippines. The purchase price of all tickets will go toward this cause. Participants may opt-out of the raffle and simply donate if they wish.
– No entry fee is required other than the purchase of tickets for those participating in the raffle.
– The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the PayPal payment
- Prize Details
– The prize consists of two standing tickets to the Oasis concert in Cardiff on July 5th, 2025.
– The prize is non-refundable and cannot be resold.
– The giveaway organizers are responsible solely for providing the concert tickets.
Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
– In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., band breakup, concert cancellation, or rescheduling), the organiser is not responsible for refunding the prize or compensating for any inconvenience.
- Winner Selection
– The winner will be selected through a random draw using an online database, ensuring fair and unbiased selection.
– The drawing will take place live on a designated date, and the winner’s name will be announced publicly.

– The winner must respond within 30 days of the announcement.
– Contact will be made using the email or phone number provided during entry.
- Publicity Rights
– By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their name publicly announced if selected as the winner. No further participation in promotional activities is required unless the winner consents.
- Liability and Disclaimers
– The organisers are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes to the concert or the event itself. Any issues relating to the concert (e.g., artist cancellations) fall outside the organiser’s control.
– The organiser does not cover any additional costs or provide services beyond the concert tickets.
– Any technical issues, such as lost or incomplete entries, are not the responsibility of the organisers.
