Payment Plans Terms and Conditions

Q: How does the payment plan work?

A: The payment plan is a voucher purchase plan, to allow you to top up your voucher credit and use that value against the treatment at any time you decide to come to the clinic.

Q: Can I pay for a short period of time and then cancel my direct debit?

A: Yes, you can make payments for as lon as you like.

Q: Is there a minimum period that I need to pay into the plan?

A: No. You can pay as many or as little payments as you like into the plan. Until you’re happy with the level of credit on your gift voucher.

Q: How soon after I make the payments can I have the treatments?

A: You can have the treatment at any time throughout your plan. If your treatment costs isn’t covered by the value on your voucher, you simply pay the balance on the day of your treatment. For example, you may want dermal filler worth £250. Let’s assume you have paid into you plan for 1 month at £60. Therefore you have £250-£60=£190 balance left to pay on the day of your treatment.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment or a payment isn’t taken due to insufficient funds in my account?

A: Nothing. You won’t be credited anythig to your voucher in that month. We can call you to let you kow that payment wasn’t taken and you can choose whether or not you would like to make a payment by card.

Q: Can I increase my payments to a higher plan?

A: Yes you can. Simply give us a call and we’ll change the type of plan you’re on.

Q: I have too much money on my voucher, can I reduce my payments to a lower plan?

A: Yes of course you can. Simply give us a call and we’ll change the type of plan you’re on.

Q: Are these terms and conditions subject to change?

A: Yes, they are. Any changes will be given 30 days notice and will be posted to this web page.

Q: How do I pay?

A: If you are happy to proceed with the payment plan of your choice, simply give us a call with your bank details. Your bank details are processed by Go Cardless, You can see their privacy policy here. No details are kept by us.

Q: Will I be treated by the same practitioner?

A: You can choose whichever practitioner you prefer, fees vary according to the practitioner and treatment of choice and are independent to the payments you make when making credits to your voucher.

Q: Can I have a refund?

A: No refunds are given once you have added credit to your voucher. However, your balance will remain yours to use against other treatments or to keep until you are ready for a treatment or want to purchase products. 

Q: Will I lose my money after a certain period of time?

A: Absolutely not. If you fall pregnant or unwell and are unable to have any treatments. The balance will remain on your file when you’re ready to return. You can purchase a voucher for a friend if you wish to spend your credit in that way.

Q: Can I use my payment plan against any offers?

A: Yes you can. You can even purchase products or gift vouchers with your payment plan.

Q: When will my gift voucher expire?

A: Your gift voucher will expire 18 months after the final payment credited to your Gift Voucher.
