Why We Use Booking Fees
A booking fee is not a deposit. It is a non-refundable payment that covers the cost of reserving your appointment time, preparing for your treatment, and the administration involved in managing your booking.
This means that:
If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment, the booking fee will be retained as payment for the time and resources reserved for you.
The booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment if you attend your appointment as planned.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for beauty treatments and consultations.
With sufficient notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend, the booking fee is forfeited.
