By purchasing a course of treatment, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: The course of treatment purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Expiry Date: The course of treatment is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation:
– Each treatment booked within the course serves as a deposit for the upcoming appointment.
– Failure to provide more than 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in the loss of the treatment.
4. Treatment exceeding 90 minutes
– For long appointments exceeding 90 minutes in duration, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of the treatment.
5. Booking Process:
– Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
– To book or reschedule an appointment, the Client should contact the clinic on 01633 462083.
6. Late Arrivals:
– Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
7. Treatment Modifications:
– The Company reserves the right to modify or substitute treatments if necessary, with the Client’s consent.
8. Client Responsibility:
– It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Company of any health conditions, allergies, tanning or changes in medical history that may affect the treatment. Any changes, that result in a treatment cancellation at short notice, will be subject to the cancellation late cancellation fee.
9. Terms and Conditions Acknowledgment:
– By purchasing the course of treatment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective as of the date of purchase and shall remain in effect until the completion of the course of treatment or expiration of the 12-month period, whichever comes first.
