As part of starting a payment plan with The Sugar Box Clinic you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You agree to pay the value of: £____ per month. All payments are made to The Sugar Box Clinic and are used as a credit against any treatments or products only.
If you are unable to use the credit due to ill health or medical contraindications, the credit can be exchanged for gift vouchers and redeemed by the person who is given the gift voucher.
There is no expiry date on your payment plan, and a credit will be applied to your account every month.
Failure to ensure sufficient funds are in the account or cancellation of the direct debit will mean the discount will no longer be applicable to your treatment. Should you wish to continue to benefit from the discounted treatment, a payment over the telephone will be required within 3 working days of the original payment plan debit date (usually the 1st of the month).
All Payments to the payment plan are non-refundable.
Payments into the payment plan can be used to redeem against gift vouchers.
Payments into the payment plan cannot be used against treatments by self-employed staff, such as cosmetic surgery and semi-permanent make-up.
Booking a consultation requires a £50 deposit. The deposit is refundable back to your payment plan credit for clients who attend the appointment and are not medically suitable for treatment. Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment will result in your deposit being lost.
Booking appointments require a £50 deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits for any injectable treatment is non-refundable. The deposit for your treatment will be removed from your payment plan at the time of your booking. Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellation outside of the 48 hours will result in your deposit being carried over to your new appointment date.
Payments can be cancelled anytime by yourself via your bank.
The Sugar Box Clinic reserves the right to cancel your direct debit and withhold treatment without an explanation. In these circumstances a full refund will be issued.
