We are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist, and a part time Beauty Therapist.
Clinic Receptionist
We are offering a receptionist role to work towards a management role if desired. We are looking for someone who loves helping to run a small business and has a desire to get involved with all the business activities. You must have a proactive, can do attitude, – someone who thrives on completing tasks efficiently and takes pride in seeing every details through to the finish.
The main skill you need is to have great people skills. We are looking for someone who can smile even when the pressure’s on, when the telephone is ringing and a customer is asking to make a payment at the same time.
This is not a position that requires supervision as you will be expected to work independently, although training will be given to ensure you’re comfortable in your role. Don’t worry, we’re a team and we work together. We just want someone to take ownership and manage reception while we’re in treatments.
Here’s what you need to know:
- It’s a part time position 15 to 22.5 hours per week, working 1 to Saturdays per month.
- Available to start in May.
- We’re based in Risca.
- We are located 3 steps off a bus stop!
Here’s what your role will involve, but is not exclusive to:
- Cashing up
- Making appointments
- Responding to emails
- Responding to Social Media messages
- Processing potential client leads
- Maintaining the clinic’s 5 Star presentation
- Assisting with opening and closing the clinic
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Coordinating practitioner clinics
- Managing cancellations and waiting lists
- Managing daily tasks
- Making teas and coffees for clients
- Accounting/ Book keeping tasks – training will be given
- Comfortable at selling, as retail products are available. We’re not asking for a hard sell (that’s not our style), we simply want you to advise clients with a passion. (We’ll make sure you can try things out first so you can talk from the heart).
How about training & qualifications?
- You must have a competent level of using Microsoft office – saving files, using word and excel so that you can update and create documents.
- Have a clear understanding of customer service
- Be cheerful & confident – and absolutely committed to always doing the very best job possible.

Beauty Therapist Level 3
We are looking for an experienced therapist to join us for 2 days per week days a week.
We provide high-quality aesthetic services and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional treatments to our clients. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where customers receive professional care and trust in our expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As an aesthetic therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of treatments, including:
- Advanced Aesthetic Treatments: Micro-needling, body contouring, and laser hair removal.
- Essential Beauty Services: Facials, waxing, brow tinting, brow shaping, and lash lifts.
- Building Client Relationships: Ensuring customers receive excellent service, feel valued, and return for continued care.
