Clinic Manager

Office Manager / Clinic Manager

Do you love keeping a small business organised and love tackling all of the many moving parts of a small business? We’re looking for a manager who enjoys keeping a business organised but doesn’t mind the chaos of how fast a small business can change and move.

We are looking for a clinic manager to manage the Director, the therapists and the suppliers to help drive the business forward and stay organised.

We are an award winning cosmetic clinic on the Risca, High street, South Wales and receive customers from across the UK. Our plan is to grow into a larger clinic location, whilst building the foundations of an already successful business.

As the Clinic Manager, you will be a PA to the Director and work as an administrator. Your main role will be to drive the business forward for growth to enable the practitioners to maximise their clinical hours. If you aren’t someone who can work on their own initiative, or you need constant direction and support, then this role isn’t for you.

The Clinic Manager is a key role in helping us to grow the business and make an impact. We need a strategic thinker who will be happy to help us develop and plan for our next clinic location. You will also help to build relationships with key suppliers and generate new business by calling our new leads that come in via our competitions and inbound enquiries.

We expect everybody to put in a full and fair working day; we’re a tight team and look out for each other, just like a family. So we’re looking for a team player who believes in this culture. There’s no room to hide, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind mucking in and helping with cleaning, taking the bins out and checking if their colleague wants a hand when they’re busy and you’re not. Don’t get us wrong, this isn’t what we need you to do. Our job is to make sure you’re doing what you do best, but things happen and want to make sure you’re happy mucking in as part of the team. Our clients come first, and that means providing them with a fantastic service on the telephone or in person. It’s never not my job.

Our Clinic Manager will be enthusiastic, ridiculously organised, patient and polite. You will already have experience within a PA role (or similar), but it’s even more important to us that you are smart and likeable. Remember, we are only a small team and that means that we only want to work with people that understand how work.

Your main responsibilities will be managing the business administration side of the clinic with Chantalle. You’ll need to be able to take ownership and complete tasks, and be confident in the management of team members too.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone committed to achieving excellent results.

We need someone who can pick the role up quickly and efficiently and has experience of driving a business forward, who can formulate a plan and take action. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the clinic and you will need to bring your A-game to work every day.

What’s the package? Truth is that we’re flexible and fair. If you come to us with plenty of experience and years of industry-specific knowledge then of course your package will be different to someone with no real experience. Our busiest days when our team need your support are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Hours will be discussed at interview, this is a full time role, permenant role.
