About Us
We’re a fast-growing, values-driven aesthetics group known for our high standards, ethical practice, and empowering client and practitioner communities.
This role supports two sister brands — Sugar Box Clinic (a Save Face–accredited aesthetics clinic) and Clinic Creation Academy (a training and mentorship platform for medical professionals).
You’ll play a key role in bringing both brands to life online — telling our story, growing our digital presence, and connecting with our audience in meaningful ways.
As our businesses continue to expand, there is opportunity to increase to full-time hours for the right person.
Job Summary

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves creating engaging content, has an eye for brand storytelling, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll balance creativity with strategy — helping us to grow our online visibility, nurture our audience, and convert followers into loyal clients and delegates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy across both brands.
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, website, blog, and email campaigns.
- Create and repurpose content (graphics, videos, captions, and blogs) that engages our audiences.
- Manage social media scheduling, posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Capture and organise photo and video content in-clinic for campaign use.
- Update website content and blogs to ensure accuracy and SEO optimisation.
- Write and schedule email campaigns to promote offers, events, and updates.
- Analyse performance metrics across all channels and provide insights for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinic Director and team to align campaigns with business goals.
- Attend occasional weekend events or training sessions (including in London) when required.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (ideally within aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy.
- Confident using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), and WordPress/Squarespace.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and passion for ethical, authentic brand storytelling.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Able to work on-site in clinic (Risca, South Wales) three days per week.
- Willing to attend occasional weekend or London events as part of the role.
Benefits
- Hourly pay of £12–£18 (depending on experience).
- Product discounts and staff incentives.
- Opportunity to expand to full-time hours as the role develops.
- Supportive, creative working environment.
- Work across two inspiring, purpose-driven brands in the aesthetics and education industries.
