Valentines terms and conditions

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound

by them when entering this Promotion.

Who may enter:

1. This free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.

• People already booked onto a treatment with a deposit paid with The Sugar Box Clinic can still enter the competition.

How to enter:

• To take part in this Promotion, entrants must register their interest by registering on the

        Sugar Box Clinic website. Full name & email address must be provided.

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• Multiple entries allowed into our system, additional entries are added for referrals and

   Social shares which are tracked by our software. Each social share/referral is 1 additional entry

   Into the prize draw. Maximum 1 prize available.

• The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.

Winner selection and notification:

• There will be 1 winner for this Promotion and runner-up prizes.

• The winners will be announced on the Sugar Box Clinic Facebook page and Instagram LIVE at 5:45 pm on 13^th February 2024. The winner will also be notified by telephone within three working days of the draw. The winner can only redeem the prize with the email prize confirmation. Please be aware of scams, the winner will be called with the number given to us on the website.

• The facial must be redeemed by 13^th of March 2024
• The brownies must be collected from Flourish Bakery by February 20^th 2024

• The winner will have to purchase their own travel arrangements.

• The treatment date will be chosen by The Sugar Box Clinic and will be during normal business hours. This will be discussed with the winner and all efforts will be made to provide a convenient treatment date.

• The entrant must be medically suitable for the treatment. Check out the individual treatment pages for details.

• If the competition winner is medically unsuitable for the treatment, the treatment prize cannot be transferred to another treatment.

• The treatment must be redeemed by 13^th of March 2024. 

• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

1. To be eligible to claim the prize, winners must respond to the prize notification email within 7 days. Failure to respond within the requested period or provide their personal details will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. The Sugar Box Clinic reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
